Do you find yourself micro-managing your paintings?
Maybe you are afraid to put the brush to canvas for fear of making something "ugly."
This class is for the perfectionists who want to let go of expectations and create art from the heart. We are going to work on transferring our internal to the external by bringing forth some emotion with the goal of releasing self-criticism, perfectionism, and the need for beauty. We will work on large canvases with large brushes to prevent those pesky micro-managerial tendencies from slipping back in!
***PLEASE NOTE: SUPPLIES ARE NOT INCLUDED unless paid extra as an add-on ***
Canvas and paint can be expensive and you may already have a lot of the supplies, which is why I suggest bringing your own for a more affordable/accessible option. You are welcome to select the SUPPLIES PROVIDED option if you need me to bring your supplies.
