Service Description
Do you feel awkward on the dancefloor? As a performance dancer, perhaps you dread those moments of freestyle. "Why do we have so many limbs?! How do I move all of them at once without looking like a funky chicken??" Come learn how to move your body from the ground up with confidence through mini-combos. These mini-combos are designed to be easy to move and easy to remember, building a foundation to freestyle dancing without panic. Options will be given for different styles, bodies, and experience levels. Improve your cardio, flexibility, and balance through a fun and dynamic workout! - Beginner-friendly - Easy-to-follow grooves and steps - Judgement-free zone - this is YOUR dance class! - Improve musicality, rhythm, and transitions - Improve body and spatial awareness - Non-performative - no "choreography" - Nice long stretch at the end for improving flexibility Heels optional. Please make sure they are non-marking heels (no rubber or black-bottomed heels).
