Service Description

Get your kicks higher and your dips lower! This conditioning class drills techniques to improve mobility, flexibility, and skill. We will be working on things like body rolls, dips, arm waves, twerking, whining, grinding, strutting, and other essential skills to help you feel sexier and more confident on the dance floor! The class will end in a deep stretch with heavy emphasis on splits training. Beginners encouraged! Advanced options will be given for those experienced needing a challenge as well. Minimum 4 participants. If less than 4 within 24 hours of class, the class will be rescheduled.
